Our E-commerce site was implemented as fast as possible during the first Covid-19 shutdown. When ever a job is rushed, mistakes are made. We have over 10,000 different items in our system. Even a 1% error rate is over 100 items. We have done multiple re-inventories to try and patch things up.
We can still have items for sale online we do not have in the store. The biggest reason for this is theft. If someone steals an item, our computer still thinks it is in the store and will offer it for sale online. Other reasons are employee error or something as simple as customers breaking things (or my own toddler walking off with it or hiding it in the store!!)
If something is wrong, let us know and we will make it right.
